Reading 2012...

Ok, I won't normally do posts like this but I am just sooo EXCITED, I managed to get tickets to Reading Festival this evening! Probably one of the most stressful things ever! Other than getting 1D tickets, but the adrenaline rush definitely kicks in! Although don't think I could do it frequently would probably have a heart attack or something, the best thing is the massive relief when the ticket company say 'your booking has been successful' and you just think YES  I'm actually going!!

, 

Anyway, with all the festival line-ups practically all announced I'm starting to think (and hope) that summer is on it's way!!! And festival season means some serious shopping and whacking the hunters, short shorts and crop tops along with the hats and other cool head pieces out!

Anyone got any festivals lined up this year too?

Arabian Nights

Finally have got round to doing the Arabian Night post, even though it was like a week ago now! Anyway here it is the outfit; quite simple really should of gone all out with a belly dancer outfit or something instead but instead stuck to highstreet, as I know I'll definitely get lots of wear out of this river island dip hem skirt. There's also some other pics from the night, unfortunately I couldn't stay all night as I had work (bore) the next day, but over all it was a wicked night! Will do another outfit post hopefully tomorrow and best beauty buys this week too :)

Hot on the Highstreet this week...

 These beasts of wedges are new in at Topshop this week and fit perfectly with the Sport luxe trend, would look great teamed with the white/cream button up midi dress that I'm itching to get my hands on Topshop Wedges. They also have these wedges in a grey for a more toned down, go with anything look.

Marni for H&M

Yet again another brilliant (and sell out) collaboration from H&M. I thought these Kings of collaborators couldn't do any better after the likes of Stella McCartney, Jimmy Choo, Lanvin and Versace- but they've done it again with Italian brand Marni, famous for its clashing colours and prints and quirky accessories.
I was desperate to get my hands on a pair of the silk trousers, shoes and the cute collar, unfortunately I wasn't queuing along Regent Street this morning like some eager fashionistas  for the 9:00am opening. However I've read that some of these eager beavers had been queuing since 9pm Wednesday! to ensure they got a coloured band for a 10 minute shopping slot.Would have felt like waiting for 1Direction tickets to be released all over again! I have to say though very organised on H&Ms behalf well done on keeping the determined shoppers in control and not causing too much fashion mayhem!

Wow, all I really have to say is this week has flown by for me this week! Being in Yorkshire for two days, but I must say I was so glad to see Suffolk again. I always moan about living in the boring countryside of Suffolk, but Yorkshire do they ever get any sunshine?! Haworth was a pleasant place with cute little coffee shops but the weather is just so miserable don't think I would survive up there long. Anyway Friday tomorrow TGIF and all have a good friday everyone, I'm off to an Arabian nights themed party so I'll post my outfit.
